Welcome to 777eb (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 777eb is an English-language online betting and casino information platform operated for users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is not prohibited by applicable law. The Platform is accessible at https://777eb.cam.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 777eb governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, tools, promotions and services made available through it. By accessing or using 777eb in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of 777eb following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform to access betting, gaming and other services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual game or any other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and any other material available on or through the Platform.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, tablet or other internet-enabled hardware used to access the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm User identity and age in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Platform" means the 777eb website, mobile site, any associated applications and all services provided thereunder.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a User using genuine currency, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion and cooling-off features available to Users on the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By completing the registration process, ticking any "I agree" checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; and
• All information you provide to 777eb is accurate, current and complete.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 777eb. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion only.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 777eb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction or the operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where 777eb does not hold the requisite authorisation to provide services.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or have had an Account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services through any self-exclusion scheme to which 777eb is a party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of 777eb or any associated entity in a position that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must register only one Account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password and any security questions or two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account using valid login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us promptly of any unauthorised access.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). 777eb will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

777eb reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any outstanding Real Money balance where applicable.

All financial transactions on the Platform must be conducted using payment methods accepted by 777eb. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar context references for Pakistani users only. Their mention does not imply endorsement of, or a commercial partnership with, this Platform.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Typical minimum deposit amounts are in the range of PKR 500 – PKR 1,000, though these may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawals held pending verification.
• Processing times vary by payment method. 777eb aims to process approved withdrawals within 1–5 business days, but this is not guaranteed and may be affected by external payment processing timelines.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and cannot be converted directly to Real Money. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may be eligible for withdrawal.
• Currency amounts on this Platform are generally expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where amounts are referenced. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply where the Platform's operating currency differs from PKR.

From time to time, 777eb may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. 777eb reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Users on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address or shared device applies.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within any specified time limit or the Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds may contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates depending on the game type. Sports bets at minimum odds and casino games may contribute at different percentages — refer to specific promotion terms for details.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through irregular betting patterns, using multiple Accounts, or any other method determined by 777eb to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• 777eb reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already validly claimed will be honoured under its original terms.

The following rules apply to all bets and gaming activity conducted through the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including stake amount, selection, odds and bet type — before confirmation. Errors made by you in placing a bet cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the precise time your bet is confirmed.
• 777eb reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market affected by an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, manifest error or where we have reason to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance windows and price refresh intervals. Bets submitted during a price refresh interval may be rejected or accepted at the refreshed price at 777eb's discretion.
• Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers and are long-term theoretical averages — they do not guarantee any individual outcome.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game as determined by the live dealer studio. In any discrepancy between the Platform's displayed result and the live dealer studio's records, the studio's records shall be deemed definitive.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per User. Applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement or within your Account settings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using any alias, family member's details or third-party identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any other point;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-mining tools or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to fix, manipulate or influence the outcome of any event, game or market;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, match betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors that goes beyond normal recreational betting;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy or anonymising service with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or other Platform controls;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other Users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise access the Platform's source code or underlying technology.

777eb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gambling sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during a gambling session reminding you of the time elapsed and net gambling result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by temporarily suspending access to your Account for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their specified minimum duration.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 777eb or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works of any Content without prior written consent from 777eb;
• Use any data mining, scraping or automated extraction tools to collect Content from the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform without express written authorisation;
• Use the 777eb name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or association without written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 777eb regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777eb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether 777eb was advised of their possibility.

Without limiting the foregoing, 777eb expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party service failures or force majeure events;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results or account balance figures resulting from technical errors, provided that 777eb takes commercially reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery;
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money balance after the deduction of applicable charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and provided that no suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity is under investigation.

777eb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached or we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order;
• We have reason to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity involving your Account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of your Account presents a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform or other Users.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, 777eb may at its discretion withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Sections 2, 9, 11, 12 and 15 of these Terms shall survive termination.

777eb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or changes required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without specific notice.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent changes came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777eb is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 777eb's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction, nor shall it limit your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
